I need to cancel my subscription

    Hello,


    To Whom It May Concern:

    I emailed a request to cancel my subscription yesterday as per the instructions on this site.  I also asked for confirmation which I did not receive.  While there was no problems with the service, I subscribed for a company I no longer work for so I don't need it any more.  Can you please confirm via my email listed on my account that you are in receipt of this request and that my subscription has been cancelled.

    I appreciated it.

    I am assigned to your other thread, but this one has the information I need, so I decided to delete the other and proceed here.

    So, I checked your account, and the subscription is already canceled. Once the current billing cycle ends, our system will automatically put your account to the free plan. That would be on November 29, 2018. No further charges after this period.

    Thank you for the response. I had absolutely no problem with the service.
    I am happy to provide a testimonial is you would like. I just don't have a
    need for the service any longer.
