User Lost "Shared with You Folder"

    One of our users can no longer access all of our business forms. Please let us know what is going on. The user panel still shows she has full access.

    Can you share the email address of that particular sub-user? We'll check this for you. You may also consider removing the sub-user and adding it back. See if that works.
