Monthly Submission limit

    Hello again,

    I am a sub-account user under an unlimited main account. I wrote to you yesterday about being over my monthly submission limit for the second time in a month.  I don't understand why this keeps happening, even though I'm connected to our main account.

    I use Jotforms for daily polls and quizzes. Now my latest poll is locked on the page, and I'm not sure how to keep this from happening. (see link)

    Each day, I move the previous day's polls from my page to the group account's folder and copy/create a new one. Apparently, all of the submissions from all the polls still count against my (free) account.

    Can you please help me figure out a solution to this problem?

    I can see you have indeed already opened a thread before about this same request, first of all, I would recommend you to kindly avoid opening multiple threads related to the same matter, this helps us to assist you better since your issue is discussed in a single place.

    Note that what my colleague suggested is the solution to avoid getting your account over the limit, when the form is transferred to the main account it should have its limit increased as well.
