I'm still being charge for the bronze plan, but I'm not able to login.

    I'm still being charge for the bronze plan, but I'm not able to login.

    I believe my email for login is marc@enviropest.com


    Please help!

    I checked the email address and there's no associated account here in JotForm.

    Please provide any form link that is associated with the account so we can investigate it further. You can also provide any of these:

    - Account username

    - The correct email address registered to the account

    - Website where the form is embedded

    - Form link that is associated with the Jotform account

    Since I have not been using it, I don’t have any of those. I actually think the account is still active, but none of my email addresses seem to work.
    Can you track it by my credit card?? It’s a visa that ends in 0976. Here is the latest charge.

    Hi Marc,

    I found your record from the credit card information. Since you stop using Jotform after your invoice created, you charged for the new month. I'm refunding your last payment. We will not charge any amount for the Jotform subscription for coming months.
