Incomplete Confirmation Email

    I've had 2 people email me saying after they filled out the form completely, the confirmation email is blank except for their email address and the "First Name" field is displaying their last name.

    When I check the form submissions on the website, everything is filled-in correctly.

    So there must be a mis-match between what's being filled-in and what's being confirmed to the original form entrant.

    Hi,

    I was able to replicate the problem after submitting your form. I would suggest to double check your MailChimp Integration. Check if you've mapped all the fields from JotForm to your MailChimp Form. If some of the fields doesn't display, try re-integrating your form using new MailChimp API Key and check the fields.

    Also, regarding on the Full Name field on your MailChimp Form I would suggest to separate it using two text boxes with labels, First Name and Last Name just like what you did on your JotForm's Form. This is so you can mapped them separately.
