We have created a website for our users who have smartphones because they cannot fill out the form through FaceBook. What causes that?

Actually, forms created with JotForm that are embedded on a Facebook page will work perfectly fine on a mobile browser with "Desktop mode" enabled.
However, most mobile browsers have this disabled, and Facebook's mobile version does not allow iframe applications to be ran. Since JotForm can only be embedded on an iFrame FB app, this can be quite a hurdle.
To sum it up, embedding the form to a separate website is the best way to work around this problem.
