Upgrading plan

    5 days ago I upgraded to the bronze plan for $19. Today I need to upgrade to the silver plan but it's trying to charge me for the for $39 and not just the difference between the 2 plans as it's only been 5 days. I should not have to pay the full price but rather the difference. Who cam help me with this?

    This happens since you used PayPal to pay the first subscription, note that PayPal is not flexible on subscriptions changes and it does not allow to cancel the previous active plan while changing to another one. 

    I can see you have upgraded to silver so I will request the refund of the unused time of your bronze plan, the refund should be processed within 5-10 business days.
