    Why does my Jotform look like this in Firefox using gmail?

    Also it looks like this in gmail using Safari.

    It works properly in Apple Mail. This is how it should look.

    Did you embed the form on an email message? If so, then that's the reason why the form looks differently.

    Just so you know, it is NOT advisable to embed HTML forms on email messages. First and foremost, not all email clients support this, so there is this chance that your recipient might not be able to use the form at all. Check out the article linked below for more information:

    Also, externally hosted CSS files do not function properly on email. JotForm relies heavily on CSS files,  which means the form's appearance is compromised if embedded on email.
