I wanted to use Radio Buttons to choose a person for email routing

Depending on what someone chooses on the Radio Buttons - the email should route to that person. Unfortunately when I go to co "Conditions" "Change E-Mail Receipient" it is Greyed out..

Since this is not possible how would you approach email routing?

Your screenshot showed us that you can configure such condition. I also checked your form, and I cannot seem to replicate the problem. You are on the paid plan, you should be able to add more recipient to it. 

If the issue persists, please let us know how to replicate such. So far, I tried what appears on your screenshot, and I can do it:

I think I understand now. It works in reverse to what I'm used to with Gravity Forms
