PDF Editor: Can't open the PDF Editor, it keeps loading

    I was working on a form and making changes.  I added fields and then went to update the PDF using the new PDF tool.  As I was dragging some fields to the form it locked up.  When I tried to go back into the form it would not load.  I reverted back to the old PDF tool and was able to see the form, but when I switched back the same thing happened.  Thanks for your help

    Like my colleague, I am also able to load the PDF Editor on my Chrome browser but it is slow for me.

    I tried it on a different browser, Firefox and I am able to reproduce it here.

    I have now forwarded this to our developers for further investigation. We will let you know once this is fixed.

    Here is some additional info.  If I do not have any responses it will load for me with default data, but as soon as I tried to edit the design it locks up.

    The problem is fixed.


    You should be able to open the PDF now.
