I need a form that allows users to create a form that asks a question and allows multiple choice answers. Then once submitted I need it to autocreate another form that displays on the website that allows other users to answer the question from the multiple choice options.

I also need the ability to choose how long a form stays open and to archive it when its closed.

Lastly I need to complie data from the answered questions of the second form and archive them as well.

-A form with multiple questions can be accomplished through conditional logics .So that when someone chooses an option, more options will appear like this example

Rather than autocreating a form (this does not exist) , the form would be embedded into a webpage to be displayed into your site.

-You can set a date limit or submission limit to a form so it will become disabled once it meets this condition

-Data collected into a form can be dowloaded from your submissions page either into a PDF file or an EXCEL file
