I would like to include the form url in a printed invitation to request invitees to submit travel preferences. To prevent any errors, I would like to change the numbers at the end of the url to a file name. For example from: http://form.jotform.us/form/23486901785161 to http://form.jotform.us/form/napavalleytravel

Is this possible? If so, how do I do it?

    Thank you for your time.

    Amy,

Yes, it is possible to change the numbers into a custom name that is easier to remember. However, the URL will have to follow this format:

    http://jotform-domain/account username/custom_name

    For example:

    http://form.jotform.us/ciaoamy/napavalleytravel

    To go about this:

    1.  Click Setup & Embed tab
    2.  Click Embed Form button
    3.  In the Embed Form Wizard screen, click the small wrench icon beside your form's URL

    4.  Enter a custom name for your form URL
    5.  Click Save

Please do inform us if you have other questions or concerns.

    Regards
