upgrade subscription

    Hi I have paid and upgraded my package but it's not showing in my plan and I've got notifications coming through to upgrade - even though I have already done so

    PLEASE HELP!!!!

    I have checked your account subscription and you have successfully upgraded to Silver yearly plan. However, I have found another active subscription for Bronze monthly.

    You can cancel your Bronze monthly by following this guide:https://www.jotform.com/help/336-How-Can-I-Cancel-My-PayPal-Subscription

    After canceling your subscription in PayPal, you can contact us so that we can process a refund for your Bronze subscription.
