I made a custom PDF to fit the info I need on one page. How do I print/download all my form submissions at once using my custom PDF. It presently seems as if I have to print/download them one at a time.

Unfortunately, we don't have the option to download all the PDF submissions at once.
I have forwarded a feature request to our developers regarding downloading all submissions at once using your edited PDF template.
However, we cannot give you an ETA when this feature would be added.
We will update you via this thread once we have updates.
Thank you.

We are sorry for this inconvenience.
You can download your submissions data as pdf at once from the submission page. Besides, the downloaded pdf files will have the pdf layout customized on pdf editor.

LSMchildcareReplied on November 27, 2018 at 11:43 AMYou are correct. However, this option downloads the files as PDF documents
in the format established by the submission form. When I select the
customize PDF option from "gear" button next to the print button at the top
of the form I am redirected to the new PDF editor. Once I customize my PDF
in the new editor I have to navigate back to the submission page to select
the button you indicated with the red circle and the changes I made to the
PDF are not saved.
In the past I was able to use the old PDF editor which seemed to be
integrated with the form submission page.

I have replicated this issue. The edited PDF template is not saved when downloaded as PDF submission.
You can only download the edited PDF on the new PDF editor.
Let me update the feature ticket.
Thank you.
