    Account Downgraded - But I paid already for my upgrade

    I had the Professional account and just got an email today saying that my account had been downgraded. I didn't realize it would just try to renew and wanted to make sure I got the christmas special pricing being that it's january now so back on 12/11/2012 I had purchased the Professional pacakage again thinking it would just add on to the end of this membership. I guess the system didnt recognize that or something. But I have paid for another year. I paid for it on 20/11/2012 - here is the email I received for the order:

    1 JotForm Professional Yearly New Year Sale

    So can you please reactivate my account to the professional level. Did I lose anything because of the downgrade?

    I learned my lesson, I will update my credit card info and just let the system renew automatically next year.

    Hi,

    Upon checking, the said payment was credited to your other account which is gratmm and not on your paycom account. Although we can go ahead and transfer it for you.

    Also, you did not lose anything because of the the downgrade.

    Can you transfer my payment over to my paycom account? I didn't even know that i had another account and only use the paycom account. I thought it would be added to my account. If I can't do it that way is there another way? Can I cancel and get a refund on the gratmm account then just renew my paycom account if you can't move my payment over? Please advise. Thanks :)
