I need assistance ASAP! We are not receiving our Jot Form submissions with questions from our members and potential clients. Our website address is www.stadiumfitness.com
My email is email@example.com or 626-355-4913

Can you please refer to this guide on setting up your notification mail to prevent from not receiving the notifications in your email.
Hope this helps and if you are still having trouble please do let us know.

Yes, the issue is related to receiving the email responses. I am still not clear as to why we stopped receiving these messages. Is there a contact phone for you to walk me through this? Also, is there a way to view the actual messages in our jot form account in the meantime?
- moonzkieAnswered on January 12, 2013 at 04:16 PM
Sorry, please disregard my first response. I have double checked the email address you have used for the notification email and it is currently in our bounce list.
I have already removed it from our bounce list, so you should now be able to receive submissions again.
To prevent this to happen, you can follow the instructions in the guide I have provided on my first response.
To view your submissions in your account:
1. Go to My Forms page and select the form that you'd like its Submissions to be shared.
2. Click Submissions button

Ok...thank you! I am now ABLE to receive the new submissions via email, so we're all set. Unfortunately, when I go to My Forms, for some reason I do not see Stadium Fitness Question from Contact Us...all I can see is Paypal, Paypal online purchase and special rates. Am i looking in the wrong place as you obviously are seeing where you are looking above! I would like to be able to view the messages we may missed via email

Can you also verify the email on the following pages (URL's) is not on your bounce list? I'm pretty sure th.at one is firstname.lastname@example.org

That was just an example form from my colleague account. That is just a guide to view your form submissions but since her image was actually from our old my forms page, here's a another visual guide from our new my forms page:

The three (3) links given have the same form that sends notifications to the email address email@example.com. This email address is NOT listed in our bounce list.
- stadiumAnswered on January 12, 2013 at 05:09 PM
I am seeing the same page but I do not have Stadium Fitness Question from Contact Us to then view the submissions from this page. I only have the ones listed above, but I am not looking to view those jot forms submissions as those are only in reference to payment. How come the job forms attached to the inquiry submissions are not listed in this form section? Thus, the reason I can't view submissions.

Ok...we seem to be set with receiving the jot form submissions via email. Now the problem is why the forms on not listed under My Forms in my account
- JotForm SupportWelvinAnswered on January 12, 2013 at 05:13 PM
Ahh, I'm sorry. I forgot to mention that the form from the links that you have listed above was belong to another account, that is belong to the account;
Email Address: firstname.lastname@example.org

That is NOT one of our email addresses. Is it possible somebody hacked the account and this is why this is happening? How do I get everything back in one account?
- stadiumAnswered on January 12, 2013 at 05:29 PM
I was just able to log into that account by putting in an old password and was able to change the email. Our account was indeed hacked as that was NOT our email address
- JotForm SupportWelvinAnswered on January 12, 2013 at 05:51 PM
I am not sure if you got hacked. It is possible that your client or teammate have changed it? But I'm glad that you are able to login into that account and change the email.
Let us know if you need anything else.
