I do not want to receive an email with the form results because I am assuming that this is not secure. How do I just get a notification that there was a submission and not the detailed information of the submission? Also, if I send users to https://jorform......./formnumber will this be Hipaa compliant. Is the date being stored on your server Hipaa compliant?

Thank you for your time in answering these questions.

     Hi,

Yes, JotForm is a HIPPA compliant, you may refer in this thread for further details: https://www.jotform.com/answers/4728-Are-form-submissions-HIPPA-compliant

As for the notification, you can customize it the way you want it to appear, just feel free to play around with the toolbars.

    1. Click on Setup and Embed tab

    2. Click on Email Alerts

    3. Select Notification

    4. Edit the email as you wish using the WYSIWYG editor.

    5. Click Finish to save

    Hope this helps. Thank you.
