Hello:
Website is http://www.abtermpapers.com/pre-order.html and http://www.abtermpapers.com/order-form.html
for the past several weeks I have not been receiving e-mails when customers fill out my forms. I checked I'm not on the bounce list.
Also the form doesn't load anymore on certain platforms such as Android. PLEASE HELP.

We're sorry for the inconvenience.
I checked your form in Galaxy S8 emulator but I couldn't replicate that problem:
Any specific Android device you used when you experienced that problem?
Regarding your email issue, your account is on Free subscription so it doesn't support adding multiple recipients.
So the issue is most probably related to that.
Please try creating a Notifier with one recipient and see if you're still experiencing the same problem.

I was sending my forms to AOL and Gmail for over a year. Didn't have a problem until recently. As you suggested Nik, I removed the other receivers and as of now I seem to be receiving e-mails again.
Thank you. About a month ago some of the visitors to my site started telling me that the forms are not loading. I can see the form on my laptop but not my Samsung Galaxy 9 S9+. Here is a screenshot from my S9+. Nik, thank you so much for your help + any other helpful feedback is very much appreciated. -
