    The page title shown for my form is the first line of text in my form. How do I change the page title?

    Hi there,

    To change your form's page title, I would suggest you to add heading field into your form becaused form do takes heading as the title for the page.

    After adding the heading, inject this custom css:

    h2#header_38.form-header {

    display: none !important;

    }

    .form-all {

    margin-top: -25px !important

    }

    Please take a look cloned form: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/30115239246952

    Hope you find this helpful.

    Thank you!

    I tried that but the header field still shows after I inserted that code.  Do I need to figure out the name of the header and replace your name with its name?  Not sure how to find the system-assigned name for the header I created if that is the problem.

    You can remove that by editing your form, click on the header field and click "x" to delete.

    And remove this line injected codes to your form;

    h2#header_38.form-header {

    display: none !important;

    }

    Thanks

    So the first answer told me how to add a header (which was supposed to change the page title but didn't.)  The second answer told me how to remove the header the first answer added.  Thanks, but I am right back where I started after following all these instructions!

    @cobbkenneth

    Our apologies for the confusion. Please follow my first colleague's intruction on adding an extra header field on top of all the fields with the right title for your page. After  that, update us here when you are finished so we can provide you the correct CSS Code for hiding the new header field.

    Thanks!

    Thank you.  I have added the header with the name of my title.  Please advise as to the code I should add to hide that header.  Much appreciated.

    Sorry for the delay. Use this code:

    #cid_37{

    display:none;

    }

    Just remove the previous codes that's provided to you by my colleague and inject that code to your form.

    Thanks!
