Is there a way to emulate the "letter of recommendation" function of college applications?

    Dear JotForm staff:

Hope you had a Happy Thanksgiving!

My organization is interested in using JotForm for its program application process. Currently, our existing application platform allows applicants to list recommenders, very much like college applications. The recommenders can then enter their recommendation into the system and the entry is tied to the applicant's data.

Is there a way for JotForm to emulate this function?

Perhaps a better question is: How many form submissions would this count as? For example, if an applicant lists two recommenders on their application, would this count as three form submissions?

If you can answer all of my questions above, I would greatly appreciate it.

    Sincerely,

    Vincent

If the recommendation is made into a single submission, that will count as 1 submission only.
