I have tried to Downgrade my membership twice!

    Hello there, I have tried to downgrade to the free membership twice, once in September and once in November, and each time the direct debit continues to be taken from my account.

    Please downgrade my membership and refund me the money that has been taken in error.

    Hello Hannah,

    We are sorry for the inconveniences you are facing. I can see that you are subscribed via your PayPal account. Unfortunately, the PayPal subscriptions are not flexible and they need to be canceled within PayPal account manually:


    Can you please confirm that you have canceled the subscription according to the guide, so we could proceed with refund of last payment?
