    how to create a form needing a password?

    what you do is add a password field and then under share press and add a condition like


    if password doesnt contain the numbers 1234 then hide submit button


    you would even put the password on pg one and form on page two and then make it so that if the password is entered it will jump to page two.


    you have to make a condition for each password

    I'd just like to note, that this does not actually protect the information that the form contains:

    Just have a look at the HTML source code on the first page (where you enter the password).

    The HTML contains straight from the start all the pages there are ;)
