Thanks for coming back to me regarding my support request. Adrian & Berkay already investigated a bit on this. Based on Berkay’s last answer the issue I reported should be fixed. However when getting back on my test PDF on the new PDF editor the unwelcome pattern is still there
I attach you a screenshot of what I’m getting at the moment. As you can see when I have unanswered questions it does leave them blank as expected, but it doesn’t shrink the whole PDF so that it takes the least amount of space to report the answers. What it’s actually doing from my understanding is that your tool is respecting the page breaks, when I actually don’t care about them at all.
I hope you’ll find a fix or workaround

This is Merve from the JotForm Support Team. You have recently switched from the JotForm Sheets to the old version. I wanted to find out why did you prefer the old version? 

We apologize for this inconvenience. I investigated your concern and I noticed that you can delete header field and empty spaces in the new PDF Editor.
To delete the header field and empty spaces, please follow these steps:
First, you need to click on the fields.
Second, you need to click on the Trash button or you can use the backspace button on the keyboard.

In addition, our new PDF Editor more flexible compared to the old version and you can customize your PDF per your needs.
We appreciate if you can share with us as much information as you can, so we can improve our product. Because we really believe the new JotForm Sheets feature will make your life easier.
