Can you please let me know why my forms have been blocked?

    Hi, I have reduced my jotforms payment to bronze as i am currently getting very few forms in from now to christmas. Can you please let me know why my forms have been blocked?

    I have checked your account subscription and it seems you have reached your monthly Payment submission limit.

    For Bronze plan, you are limited to 10 payments per month.

    For more information regarding limits, you can check this guide:-Understanding-Your-Account-Usage-and-Limits

    If you want to increase the limits in your account, you can upgrade your plan.

    Do note that Silver plan has 100 payment submission limit.  Currently, you have already accumulated to 21.Downgrading from Silver to Bronze may have caused this issue.

    You can check your payment submissions by clicking your account Profile icon.

    It doesn't show you the dates though, I was on silver till last week and the changed to bronze and since then had no submissions ?

    The subscription is per month as well as the limits. The downgrade took place within the month, thus having 21 payment submissions reached the limit for the Bronze plan this month.

    The reset for such limits is every 1st day of the month.

    Hello,

    When you have switched subscription to Bronze, unused time of your Silver subscription was proratedly used towards new subscription. This way, you have just paid the difference to switch the plans.

    Invoices are available on a Billing page of your account: How-to-Check-Invoices

    So just to confirm I have paid silver for less than a month and then bronze and only used 21 paid forms used?
