Cannot upgrade subscription

    I tried yesterday several times to upgrade my plan to the Silver for $19 a month that you were offering and every time I clicked on the link I got an error screen. Today I see that it will only allow me to upgrade at the full price. 

    I do not think it was my connection as this was the only site that I had issues with navigating. Please advise.

    To clarify, the Black Friday discount is only for Yearly and Bi-yearly subscriptions. You cannot avail of the discount upgrade for monthly subscriptions.

    However, the Black Friday discount has ended.

    I understand that I would be required to pay the annual price for the Black Friday sale- your site would not allow me to proceed without receiving an error screen. I was fully prepared to pay the annual cost at $19*12months in one payment.
