Form entries sent to my email

Hello, I am trying to figure out how to get form entries to send as a new email every time instead of in the same email feed. Attached is a screenshot of each new form entry being in the same email thread instead of a new one is what I want.

To clarify, do you want to change your email recipient?

Or do you want to change your email recipient depending on a condition?

To change your email recipient, Go to your email notification>Recipients then change the Recipient emails.
