I want to upgrade my plan but I'm not sure if I am sending it to correct account.

       I need to upgrade my account to a silver plan but not sure if I am sending it to correct account

    Do you want to upgrade the account with forms on that webpage? I checked the form on the webpage you provided us and see that the form is from the user: bentleyb.

    So that seems like the correct account then. It was formally a bronze plan and I upgraded to the Silver plan. Correct?

    By the way, after upgrading your account to Silver through the provided URL, please cancel your Bronze subscription directly in your Paypal account. Guide: https://www.paypal.com/selfhelp/article/FAQ2058. This is to prevent further billings on the Bronze plan.
