    I have a radio button that is not working...

    Asked by toryg on January 13, 2013 at 03:08 PM

    I have added a radio button that is unresponsive on my HTML website. The form works but the radio button is in a frozen state and does not provide the that data in the response/message to the receipient. I deleted the field and re-added to see if that would help but same issue with the new radio button.

    I used the source code and pasted in my HTML code. I did edit the styling but did not think that would cause the issue.

    Any help is appreciated!

    Thanks,

    Tory

    Sorry but I started to think that it may be the CSS styling since it was working in the "Preview" on the JotForm page. I added the following CSS to get it to work (in Firefox)

    .form-multiple-column, .form-single-column {
        display-moz-groupbox;
    }

    Hi,

    I see what you mean. Have you tried embedding the form via the iFrame method? I realize that you wish the inputs to be center aligned but it may be possible to achieve that appearance via the injected CSS. Also, although the -moz-groupbox solution works in Firefox, the buttons are a bit misaligned. Then they're the other browsers (besides Chrome) that need to be accommodated.

    Please see this guide for the pros and cons of the various embed codes.
