PDF Form Editor - several problems

    Hi -

I am having a couple problems with the PDF editor.

    1) When I create a PDF Form of an online form I already have, it doesn't put all the fields in the same order.

    2) When I resize the fields, it changes them back.

    3) When I try and actually create the PDF, it doesn't actually create PDF, instead I receive the error "failed to load PDF document".

Basically, I want to create a blank version of my form so people can see a preview before starting the online form. However, I want to modify the pdf version to include all the fields since many of them repeat based on how they answer the questions. I do not intend for anyone to actually complete the PDF version as online submission of this form will be required.

    1. I could not reproduce this on the cloned version of your form after downloading it into PDF.

    My cloned form: https://www.jotform.com/83296286102963

    Downloaded PDF: https://shots.jotform.com/elton/83296286102963.pdf

I think there was no order issue here, except those widgets that are skipped since they are not supported by PDF.

    2. Resizing the field also worked for me. I tested it with different forms too, it is working.

    Here's my test:

    3. Sorry about that. There was a problem earlier with PDF download but it is working now. It also works when I tried it on your form.

Please try it again and let us know how it goes. Thanks
