Cannot view submissions

    There are 5 new submissions shown on one of my forms but when I go to view the submissions, there are none.  I don't think there really are any because I normally receive email notifications when they are submitted and I have not received any emails.  How can I make sure there aren't any new ones and how can I clear them?  (These 5 new submissions appeared last week after Jotform was doing some maintenance on the website.)

    This can sometimes happen. The counts can get incorrect. Right click on your form on My Forms page and select "Mark All Submissions as Read".
