How to Change the Form Page Title

I cloned a form, renamed it and edited. When I publish, open in a new tab, the tab name displayed is that of the original form cloned not the new name.

    I am on a Mac.

I've never had that issue before - usually a PC user.

    Any suggestions?

Original form name is Coffee with the Counselors; this form is called Key Accountability Form.

    Thanks!

    Hello,

As I've inspected your form's page title, it has the above title you've mentioned (Coffee with the Counselors RSVP). Please do take note that when you've cloned a form even you renamed and edited it, it does not change the default Page Title or the form's original page title. For you to be able to change this, go to your Form Settings, browse for more option and locate the Page Title section. From here, you can now set your desired title.
