How to capture the edit_link in custom thank you page

Asked by wopg on March 08, 2011 at 10:46 AM

We are using JotForms to populate fields in a database, via the POST results sent to a custom thank you page (in PHP).

What I need is the possibility of creating an edit_link to the submitted form.

What is the parameter passed to jotForm to intiate the loading of the form for editing?

    I found it.

There are two variables passed via POST:

    sumbmissionid and formID

... so in PHP it is easy to create an edit link:

    <a target="_blank" href="http://www.jotform.com/form.php?formID=<? echo $_POST['formID']; ?>&sid=<? echo $_POST['submission_id']; ?>&mode=edit">Edit this report</a>
