I would like to cancel my subscription, can you please confirm this is done and our credit card will no longer be charged.

    Hello I've gone ahead and cancelled your subscription and you will not be charged unless you choose to upgrade again later on. Your account has been scheduled to downgrade in our system on 1/26/2013. If you have any further questions or problems please let us know.
