I have a basic account and used up my quota of 10 secure submissions while testing a form. I got an email that I have reached the limits of my account and that my form is disabled. I would like to switch to a non-secure form, which allows 100 monthly submissions. I tried changing to http from https on the existing form, but that didn't work. So I created another form (non-secure) but I'm still getting the message that I'm over my quota. Is there a way to enable to form again?

SSL Secure Submissions refers to the number of secure (https) submissions
you received since 1st day of this month.
It appears that you have about 15 submissions received using the secure form.
To free up the number on the ssl secure submission you will need to delete some
entries in your submissions.

Sorry to hear that. I have reset your limits. But I can only do this once.
To switch to non-secure version, make sure that you have changed the URL from https:// to http:// on all of the forms.
