Can you please look into why the save and continue later link that is sent to users after they fill out this initial form does not save their previously filled out fields?

Is this the forms you're referring to?

    1st form (Initial): https://www.jotform.ca/form/82064920165252

    2nd form (Main form): https://form.jotform.com/80175185565260

I checked the settings and I found out that the Thank You Page redirection URL is incorrect. The email field should be {yourEmail4}. In the Thank You Page, it is using {email}.

I have tested the form by filling up the 1st form and I received the email address. The session URL is working.

However, the redirection is not. I got redirected to the 2nd form but it is blank.

Please update the Thank You Page redirection URL to:

    https://form.jotform.com/80175185565260?session={yourEmail4}.

Hope that helps. If you have any questions, let us know. Thank you.

Please check if Autofill is also enabled in the form.

User guide: How to Enable Auto Fill on Forms

Disable the feature if it is enabled.

Enabling the AUTOFILL feature will automatically save the form's field values locally (browser local storage) for up to 24 hours. This is when using the same browser.

Autofill is disabled for all of the forms so I am still unsure of why this is happening.

I have checked the session link in your email template, and found an error in the link URL value. Looks like it used the old email field name.

I have updated the link in the email template.

You may test the form again to confirm that the issue is fixed.

Thank you! They work correctly now. I wasn't aware that I had to update the link in two spots. Thanks so much for your help.

The same issue is actually still happening. When I enter the information on the first page (save and continue later feature page) I am directed to a form that has someone else's information pre-filled who I know just completed testing the form just before I did on a completely different computer.

I believe it's just happening with the 'National English' form but that might just be because that's the one we've tested on the most.

Can you please look into why this is happening when I updated the URL in the body of the thank you email which was already suggested? Please help!

On checking your National English Form, I could not replicate it. I submitted the First Form and redirected to the Form2 via the session link. The session link contains Unique Id each time.

    https://form.jotform.com/80175185565260?session=NATENG8

    https://form.jotform.com/80175185565260?session=NATENG9

I created two session Ids, filled session1 and saved it. When I started to fill the next session, it was a blank one.

    Thanks.

    Hi there,

Thank you for your response. I ended up using the Unique ID widget on my initial form so that every submission would be unique and not just tied to the user's email address. This fixed the issue of fields pre-populating when the same email address is used for different submissions. Thanks again for your help!
