Why I'm receiving error message that only one entry is allowed?

    Good Morning, 


    I wanted to verify is you are experiencing problems with the platform since i'm receiving an error message while using one of my form.

    I just tried using another form and i didn't received this error. However the link with the problem has received 1515 submissions so far, i don't know if there's a limit of submissions and if we have reached the limit so far.

    You have Unique submission checking option enabled in your form https://www.jotform.com/build/72605618028860/settings:

    So if you repeat the input in that field, you will see the error.

    If you want you can switch it off by using the above link.

    Thank you so much for your help, can you tell me what does that option stands for?

    I never had this particular problem, i just changed it to "No check" and problem is fixed.

    The Unique Question limit is useful if you would like each submission on the selected field to be unique. Useful as well for preventing duplicate submission from the same user.
