Spreadsheet to Form not loading the column data correctly

Most of this is working great (Yay!) but...

The field "kWh January 2018" which should be loaded from Column R is being loaded from Column P.

Also the fields "kWh November 2018" and "kWh December 2018", which should be loaded from Columns AB and AC, are blank.

    The form is https://www.jotform.com/build/83305218717153

I can't attach the spreadsheet but perhaps you can access what is loaded into the Widget. If you want send me an email and I can attach the spreadsheet to my response.

I have reviewed your form. I will actually need you to post a screenshot of the spreadsheet, with Column Names on the sheets.

    - They should match the Field Labels on your form.

Until then, I strongly advise you to read our article on this at https://www.jotform.com/help/442-How-to-Use-the-Spreadsheet-to-Form-Widget it helps a lot.

I closed and reopened the browser tab where I was building and previewing the form and the problems went away.
I suspect it was a cache problem. Very insidious. Spent hours trying to resolve it. A serious drawback to online development projects.
I cleared the cache many times but it didn't help. It would be good if you could provide a reliable way to address this.
Is there a way to disable the cache just for your site?

Glad to see that the issue is now resolved for you and the form is working as expected for you. You may try clear the form caches of your account by following the guide below:
