Can you help me with connectivity and uploading excel files?

    I created a form

    I added an "upload a file" button, but I have been getting complaints that users are not able to upload their files.

    I also have had others who say thay cannot fill in the forms completely (adding their email address).

    What did I do wrong? Is there something I need to fix?

    Please help me.

    Hello, I'm sorry to hear that this is giving you trouble.

    I just your form along with testing it and it appears to be working fine from what I can tell since I was unable to replicate this problem.


    The File Uploader may be causing them problems because either the file they tried to upload could've possibly failed, they didn't select one to upload and since it is set to no current requirement this field can easily be bypassed with nothing sent in to you, or it did not accept a file they tried to upload since it may have been a file type that was not specified in your options.

    As for the Email Address Field occasionally this field can sometimes appear to get stuck on requirement which makes it look like it's not accepting but a simple click outside of the box elsewhere on the page usually solves this problem though I'm not sure yet if this is the case for you.

    Are you able to tell us which of your submissions had these problems with your customers or were they unable to complete your form and just wrote you an email about this problem happening?

    Thank you for your response.
    It seems that the form they were trying to upload was in the wrong format for excel. I read further that it can only accept the older type of extensions.
    As for the email, I was not able to see the problem. I just know they have not yet filled out a form. I will try to get them to do it again to see if it will work.
    Why does a map show up for some of the addresses in the view submissions screen? Can I disable that feature?
