Lightbox positioning is off in IE

Asked by omnigon on January 14, 2013 at 01:48 PM

I have a lightbox that seems to be working well in all browsers but in IE.  It seems to be pushed very far to the left side of the browser and the wrapper and "X" close button are on the far right side.

I am not sure what would be causing this in IE?

Hello and I'm sorry that this is happening. I was able to replicate the issue in IE 9, 8, and earlier. It doesn't occurr on IE 10 though. Honestly though its a common problem along with several other things in IE since it is programmed differently the engine might not always recognize code in one version to another across several different types of browsers.

Please see this thread for a similar instance of your problem to see if this will help you to solve it as provided by a colleague of mine.

If you are still continuing to have issues please let us know so that we can assist you further.
