Is it possible to show text fields in the confirmation email?

Is it possible to show text fields in the confirmation email? They seem to be stripped out and only show the fields where the user is asked to input something.

Hello - Text and image elements are not included on email alerts automatically. If you would like to display them, you need to add texts manually. Here is related article on editing email template: How-to-Edit-the-Email-Template-for-Notifications-and-Autoresponders
