    Way to avoid multiple responses becoming part of single email thread?

    Hello--

    When I receive multiple form responses on a given day, they all show up in my gmail as one long email thread, one after another.

    This is a little scary, as it becomes easy to miss one.

    Is there a way to set things up so that they all end up as discrete emails unto themselves?

    Hi,

    That will happen if you will use noreply@jotform.com as your form notification sender email. Using the email field will help you separate each email from your email inbox.

    Using email field as form notification sender email will sometimes give you a problem, whitelisting Jotmails IP Addreses will help you to avoid that. Whitelisting JotMails IP Addresses

    Where do I find noreply or email field? Under Email Alerts? 

    Not sure how/where to set this up.

    I think that you will need to set a dynamic Email Subject to solve this. For example, open your Email Notification, and add the submission {ID} tag to the Subject input, so you will get an unique subject for each submission email.
