How can I customise a pdf file from 2 forms that have been filed?

Good morning,

I am having two separate forms that were filed by users.

Now I would like to customise a PDF document by taking the field from the two files.

By default, the pdf document is only available with fields from one form only.

Kindly provide with any available support.

Unless the two forms are connected in a way that when you submit the first form it will be redirected to the other form, I'm afraid that it is not possible to have the data of a form appear in the PDF copy of submission of another form.

However, if they are connected the way I described above, you can have the field data from Form 1 transferred via URL parameters to a hidden field in Form 2. This way, when Form 2 is submitted, it will have the information that came from Form 1 which will also be available when you create the PDF copy of the submission.
