I can not access the edit function of my jot form

I am trying to edit a form and when it goes to load all I get is a blank page. 

From the screenshot you provided I see that your issue is related to the Marketing Overhaul Questionnaire form. However, I am unable to replicate it from your account.

Maybe it was a temporary issue. I cleared your form cache. Please try again. You can also try to use some other browser or device.
