Asana Integration: Not populating all custom fields anymore

    Hello,

     

    My Asana integration for some reason is no longer populating all of the fields. Only 4/9 of the fields are being filled in my Asana tasks. Is there a fix for this? The Specific types of fields that are no longer populating are the Drop Drop down and Single choice fields.

     

    I've tried removing the integration and setting it up again but I am still running into the same issue.

    Could you please provide us with the screenshots where the 9/9 and 4/9 fields are populated? We will include the screenshots to the support ticket and escalate it to our developers to proceed with the further investigation.

    Before we escalate a ticket, do you map the Jotform 'Dropdown' and 'Single Choice' fields to the 'Text' or 'Drop-down' Asana fields?

    If you use the 'Drop-down' field type in Asana, please also try with the 'Text' fields to see if that makes any difference.

    I map them to Drop-Down fields in Asana. I was working up until today.
