I had a survry form on my website that I directed clients to from an email. I set the survey limit to 1 and the other option wich I don't remember now but it was IP address (blocker). I tried the survey from one of my other email accounts and now I cannot access my own website from my PC. I can from my phone and my tablet. I need to get into my own site so how can this be fixed? IMMEDIATE ATTENTION NEEDED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I deleted the survey from your site and also from my site. It still won't work on my PCPage URL:

Can you please share the URL of your form?
And just to clarify, can you log into your account? Are you able to make changes to your form?
Also, are the changes reflecting on your page? if the changes are not reflecting on your page, please let us know where on your site we can find the form. We'll be glad to look into it for you!

To Whom It May Concern:
This problem has been resolved and it was not any fault of your site or form. I somehow got locked out on the server. They fixed the problem and I am now able to get in. I will get on and redo the survey and add it back onto my site.
