When I go to my forms there is only one form on file. I have been using a custom application form for the last few months. I did some editing saved it then moved to create a new contact form. Now I only have the new contact form where is my other form. There should be two forms.

I would suggest to clear your browser's cache first, then login to JotForm by clicking on the login button found on the top navigation menu.
