How do I changed my billing method for jotform acct?

    I am current on the Premium pricing plan. I pay via paypal but I need to change to a different paypal account.

    I do not see an option to do this on your website. Please help.

     

    I tried cancelling the membership in order to resubscribe with the new paypal account but I recevived this error from PayPal:

    The unsubscribe button you clicked through is invalid. You can find the status of all subscriptions in your transaction history.

    Hi there, 

    You can cancel your subscription by logging to your Paypal account and following this instructions:

    https://www.paypal.com/helpcenter/main.jsp?locale=en_GB&_dyncharset=UTF-8&countrycode=GB&cmd=_help&t=solutionTab&solutionId=163217

    Once you cancel your subscription, you can go ahead and create your new subscription.
