How to conditionally show a follow up question based on the answer from a multiple choice?

    Hi! I was wondering if there was an option when designing a form to allow for a question to only show up if a certain answer is chosen. For example, if we have a multiple choice option and someone choses the second option, a follow-up question will populate below it to gather further information.

    Yes, you can show/hide fields using conditional logic.

    First of all, hide the fields that are not required to be shown in normal conditions. Select an option, go to properties and turn on the Hide field option as shown below.

    Then use conditional logic as shown below.
