Is it possible to show elements according to user's selection?

I have several maps I want to add to my application

NC MAP

SC MAP

FL MAP

GA MAP

My question is if I upload all those maps the form will be tool long and will look really bad

is it possible to add a question that says something like

What state are you interested in performing work?

If they select NC then the map shows up

then I can ask additional questions?
