My form: Extended Education Course Proposal Form is not being emailed to me (firstname.lastname@example.org) or my colleague (email@example.com).
We have six submissions, but none have reached our email inbox, although 2 notifications (one for each of us) are set up correctly. Any idea why?
Also, is there a way of telling the date of submission if it's not built into the form? (I didn't add it until today.).

Check if you have entered the correct email on the email notification and try to make a test email.
Under set up and share, click conditions and choose send email after submission.
You'll get the date of submission on the email notification.
